Restrictions

TICKETS & SEATING:

All ticket sales are non-cancellable, non-refundable.

For a group of tickets being purchased at once, it is assumed that all parties would like to be seated with one another.

I want to sit with someone who already bought their ticket(s). Can we just sit where we want?
All tables will be assigned in advance. There is a maximum of 10 people per table. If your party does not reach the maximum of 10 people, you will be seated with other guest’s. If you have a larger group, they will be divided into appropriate sized tables and all efforts will be made to place near each other. Registration will begin at 5:00pm on March 3rd and this is when you will find out where you are sitting. We advise that all parties arrive together so they can choose their seats. Please be courteous to other parties as they arrive and would like to sit near or next to each other. We are not taking requests in terms of table placement. If other guests will be joining you but booking and paying separately, please indicate the names of the other guests who have purchased tickets, in the appropriate box. Please note that ALL parties must indicate the names of every guest they would like to be seated with. If both parties’ reservations are not in agreement with one another, they will not be seated at the same tables, note the names of the rest of your party in the appropriate box when purchasing your ticket. This is necessary in order to be seated at the same table.

I messed up! I meant to add my friend or family members name as someone I wanted to sit with, but I forgot, what should I do?
No worries! You may email [email protected]. Requests and revisions for tickets already purchased, received within 72 hours of the event date may not be accommodated, so please be sure to get your requests in ASAP! If you are purchasing your ticket within the 72 hours and before the cut-off date/time we will do our best to accommodate your requests! Requests and revisions will not be accepted over the phone.

There are only 11 people in our party, can we fit just one more person?
We suggest no more than 10 per table as seating can get very cramped, and we will assign no more than 10 individuals at a table, but if you have a group of 11 and have all mutually agreed to being seated together, we may make an exception. We will NOT make an exception for any more than 11.

ROOM PACKAGES:

Please be advised, if you have purchased a room package, information regarding your room reservation will not be immediately available with our reservations department. It typically takes about 72 business hours for your room reservation to be uploaded in to our reservation system. At that time, you will receive an email with a confirmation # for your room reservation. If you have any questions regarding your room reservation, please email [email protected].
